Sales Manager

Job description and responsibilities

We are looking for a qualified and purposeful Sales Manager. We need to extent our portfolio of the customers, communication with our existing customers and processing of new offers for new job opportunities primarily from pharmaceutic analysis, clinical testing of medicine.

Inevitable part of this process is arguing new projects with the customers, processing price quatation, preparation of internal materials for project realisation, customer care.

Matter of course is speaking in English language, also in written form, be active on calls, video – conferences and business trips or exhibition.

This Sales Manager will be member of international business team and reports information his business director of pharmaceutic division of the whole group, which consists of international companies in several European countries.

  • University degree in a science field, analytical or organic chemistry, and molecular biology
  • Knowledge of modern analytical techniques and methods
  • Awareness of trends in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Independence and a responsible approach to work, while also being a team player
  • Organizational skills, strategic thinking, and decision-making
  • Excellent communication skills, both internally and with clients
  • Ability to understand client needs and propose the solutions they require
  • Talent and willingness to handle challenging situations
  • Resilience to working under pressure (deadlines, results, priorities)
  • Willingness to work “outside regular working hours” (client base from all over the world)
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • User-level PC skills
  • Advanced level of English
